Wordpress Hotel Booking plug-in development

I need a booking plug-in to be developed for my website.
A good example of what I need can be found at http://codecanyon.net/item/online-hotel-booking-system-wordpress-plugin/4092940

I already have that plug-in so if someone wants to go ahead and work on that one it's OK with me.

Additionally the bookings has to work as follows.

x number of rooms
x number of types of rooms (Single, Double, Triple)

Singles = Doubles = Triples
Doubles = Singles = Triples
Triples = x number (x number should be able to change)

example:

12 rooms in total

for a specific date range someone can book

1) up to 12 Singles OR up to 12 Doubles
2) up to 8 Triples AND (up to 4 Singles OR 4 Doubles)

dummy code example

$rooms = 12;
$single = $rooms;
$double = $rooms;
$triple = 8;

Case of some single OR double bookings

if $rooms = 8 then
$triple = $rooms;

Case of some single OR double OR triple bookins

1 single bookings
3 double bookings
3 triple bookings

$rooms = 5;
$single = $rooms;
$double = $rooms;
$triple = $rooms;
