Wordpress Files Uploading To Hosting

Description of every page/module: I have a back up of wordpress files I need moving over to a new server with a different hosting account. These files need to be installed 4 times as the design/template is being used for 4 different sites, once these are installed I will update the branding and content etc.

I don't need a portfolio etc. I just need to know that you can do the following:

1) Upload Files to Hosting
2) Create clones of these files so that I can create 4 sites that sit separate from each other.
3) Can ensure all functionality, styling etc. remains intact.
4) Point domains towards each site (these already sit in the same cPanel

Sensible prices only please, I'm assuming this isn't a big job?
