WordPress expert wanted!

General information for the website: Would prefer anyone with Restrict Content Pro, BuddyPress, WordPress. Fix functions and rewrite it to keep things tidy.

Description of every page/module: I need this to get ready urgent on my behalf. I am on medicine. The job is not hard as I have already made things but it is bit messy. The guy who can do these has a chance to do my upcoming works.

Description of requirements/features: 1) Modify existing 2 batches of custom functions for allowing BuddyPress extended profile custom fields data to be visible at admin user columns and on pending page. Keep codes tidy. If you know how to use "Array" then perfect. Codes are same for user and pending page only filter name will be changed. Some meta value is incorrect can be received from xprofile page.

2) Disable site-wide activation / keep the user registration platform admin approval. No email should be sent to sign up user only. All registeration emails by guest users will be redirected to admin role or specific user id. A plugin already setup but now it makes auto activated without email sending!. I believe you may find something better then this.

3) Registeration done through BuddyPress user's assigned as role student, but restrict content pro plugin also has subscription level free access with role student. This should merge so registered student through BuddyPress are assigned restrict content pro subscription student also with free access. At present it only assigned as buddypress student and no subscription level. If you know how this work with RCP then great!
