Wordpress directory site new features needed using existing theme

Please fully read the description and do not send generic proposals.


My Directory site has an existing 'Directory Press Theme' in place.
CMS is WP.

The site has 2 types of users/members.

1.Businesses who list on the site
2.Public who search on the site & may save a 'Favorites list', for example.

Both must register and log in to interact with other members.

I need the following implemented:

1. Separate 'Register' icons on the Homepage for both member types.


2. A quotation request feature/form.

For example, Public Member needs a particular job doing at a particular price, location, date etc.
They can send this 'job' to one specific 'Business Member' or multiple 'Business Members'.
The Businesses can respond and make an offer or decline etc.

I'm accepting proposals from the UK and you must be available to complete this within the next week.

I have personally done most of the work on the site. Therefore, I would not expect to receive excessive quotes that you would normally expect if your were building a completely new site.
