Wordpress development set up

I am looking for someone to make a Wordpress copy to a development server. I will provide a wp-clone copy link with a backup of the site.

Provider will need their own hosting.

I will need the copy of the website to remain alive for 2-3 months until all development work is finished. It will then be transferred back to my client's server.

This could be a start of our long-term business' relation as I may also require hands-on web development service, but initially please quote for this copy set up only and 3 months temporary hosting.
