Wordpress Development Project: Groups

I need someone to develop the ability for a "user" to post an easily searchable or filterable list (by city, state, zip code, category) of organizations they belong too. This list should be easily displayed on the users "view profile." Please send me an example of proposed work.

The input data fields:
Name of Organization
Website
City, State, Zip Code
Categories
Tags
