Description of requirements/features: I have a wordpress website set up already and really need some development as soon as poss.

The task includes;

adding a paypal or buy now for services offered.

To incorporate a survey I have already designed and to feedback the results in format I have already designed instantly.

With other ongoing support for extra features.
