Wordpress developer to fix website fade transitions on mobile devices

I have a Wordpress website that uses a template with an image slider on it that is meant to fade transition to the next image. It works when viewing the website in desktop browsers but does not fade on mobile devices. Instead the images jump from one to the next.

I've contacted the Wordpress template developer who did initially try to help me but in the end told me that they would not have a solution until they update the template and could not give a date for the update which leaves me with the website finished apart from this one thing.

I also contacted the guy who created the image slider element (separate to the template developer) who assured me that the slider should fade on mobile devices, and that he suspects that a Media Query in the actual Wordpress template is the problem, causing the website to not fade on devices.

I am looking for a Wordpress developer who could look at the Media Queries and get the slider to fade transition on mobile / tablet devices as well as currently desktop browsers. At the moment the site uses two instances of the slider - the main header images and testimonials further down.
