Wordpress Developer to Develop Blog Site & Clone 6 Times

Basically my client is going to make initially a 1 page website which will link to 6 wordpress blog sites with each blog having its own domain, the blog sites will be based on 1 site which will be cloned 5-6 times with exactly the same design with the only difference being a different header on each blog

The header and main single page site will be similar to this site
http://www.magaluftakeover.com/default.aspx and the blog will be similar to the blog layout here http://iamthemes.com/themeforest/wordpress/life/life-blog-page we may purchase this theme to save time so it does not have to be built & developed from scratch

I will be doing any design work needed so this is just development, once the blogs are complete we will then need them uploaded to our server and the domain names pointed towards them.
