Wordpress Custom Post Type Customizations

Job Description:
We're looking for a WordPress expert who can complete our project below. Upon successful completion of this project, we can discuss further customization and designing jobs with you.

Overview:
We are looking to create a directory site with a review system functionality.

Project Responsibility:
1) Create Parametric Search function that allows users to filter (narrow down) search results by selecting from multiple custom taxonomies and custom fields assigned to the custom post type. (checkboxes, pull-down menu)

2) Add ability to sort search results in descending/ascending order by a value entered in custom field, say a release date.

3) Add frontend form (as a review system) in single custom post type page, allowing registered users to add/edit/delete own review.

Important: You must provide information as to which files you have amended and what codes you have added to make the project work. Since I perform customizations myself, I need to know what files you have touched.

Your qualifications:
- English speaker
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates your skillset
- Primary skill: WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS
- References or an established reputation on peopleperhour preferred
