Wordpress/Budypress fix

Description: I run a wordpress site with buddypress and I need hundreds of customizations... Looking for someone to do small lists as this one. All tasks are quite easy for experienced php developers.

1.Login page terms and conditions must be a nice ajax popup (www.vincihairclinic.org/musicbook) at the moment, it is a link to another website

2. Terms and conditions box doesn't work if you click on login with facebook

It needs to check if the box is checked before going to facebook. You can just copy the function (terms and conditions) from my functions.php onto the onclick function of this login with facebook button.

3. Widget with specific members and showing their avatars (side by side avatars (Avatar only), about 4 columns,4 lines (about 30px each). This will be for example: NEW FEMALE MEMBERS / NEW MALE MEMBERS. This will link to the persons profile.

4. disable delete button ( on budypress activity stream) only allow administrators to delete activities.

This is are simple php tasks.. I am trying to find someone to do this because I have other lists to get done, each with 4 tasks as those, I need to find a reliable php developer for jobs like those, since there are hundreds in my company.
