Wordpress broken installations fix

Hiya, probably a simple job for a Wordpress expert. My Hosting was hacked and Host took my domains down until malicious code was resolved. In a rush I deleted a few files in CP File Manager and now it seems my WP-Config.php is broken as I can't log into WP admin - ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Not a Cookies thing, solely my own ineptitude. Have been trying to restore files and Database from Backup Vault in CP but no joy. Andy
