Wordpress based Tourism Website design and build

Hi

I need to get a regional tourism website designed and developed.

This website needs to have 1st class design, navigation and a quality feel to it. It is going to be scaled over the next few years so the initial site will only need to be small but the CMS will need to have the flexibility to scale in the future.

The site will predominantly be based on nature trails within the region and will need to include interactive maps etc to make it easy and fun for the end user. It will also need to include listing for local hotels, restaurants etc.

I have listed some of the main requirements below but as we start to develop the site, we may add on or change the specs as required to suit the clients needs.

I will also need to have close contact with whoever wins this job so that we can discuss details over the phone, Skype as well as PPH.

The website needs to be:

HTML5 coded website and fully responsive to all devices
Be based on the Wordpress CMS
Include a tourism trade subdomain section which will include a forum etc
Interactive maps
Full social media integration
Multilingual
SEO ready & friendly
be expandable for future scalability
Have easy navigation and make use of mega menus etc
include a blog
Google analytics throughout every page of the site.

This really does need to be at the forefront of tourism website design and therefore portfolios of similar work will need to be seen beforehand.
