Hello,
on the following page (https://onetool.co/tool-selection/) the sticky bar is always in front when scrolling. That is already implemented.
Need to change: When the sticky bar will reach the top of the footer it should stick and you should be still able to scroll all the way to the bottom. About 30 min work. Should be able to fix it with jquery.
ASAP. Please references.
