Word press template customisation

I require a word press expert to make the following design changes to our site www.sportingcompare.com

1. clean up the contact us section.
2. Move search function from it's current position to the area on the home page which is currently populated with the about us section.
3. The search box should be styled to match the current site and will draw any potential user into performing a search, maybe with some design graphics that draw people into making a search. Also perhaps with an example search greyed out inside that deletes when you start typing e.g. men's running shoes..?
4. We would also like facebook, twitter and youtube icons adding.
5. We're also open to any expert advise on other potential changes.
