Word Press Edits Need

I have a list of edits I need done to my Wordpress site

1. New banner using the images from this sites header (www.siselinternational.com)

make sure its rotating using animated gifs or something so it works
on all devices. For those devices it doesnt work on use a static image.
Use the image that says Anti aging for the static image.

When you click on the rotating banner make it link to
my other site (URL to be provide)

2. Include my phone number in the top right hand corner of the header

3. Add an RSS feed to the homepage so the new posts get feed onto the homepage
making it dynamic

Add the following to the following 2 URLS / pages(at top of page)

4.Add a contact form with spam filter and email checker and make it link to the buttons

[Help Me] and [Find out More button]

5. The button that says" join and order Sisel Products NOW" link to the URL

6. Make these two pages work display on a mobile device so you can click the buttons and fill in online form [2 URLS to be provided ]
