Woocommerce Website Modification

I have a website created with WooCommerce + Woocommerce Bookings plugin with a custom template.

I have also used WooCommerce Deposits for 50% advance payment option in our site. You can have a look at the site at http://campextremezone.com/ and checkout the packages created with Woocommerce Bookings + custom

It was created by another developer and I need the below modification in the same.

1) Replacing Woocommerce Deposits with WooCommerce Deposits - Partial Payments (http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-deposits-partial-payments-plugin/9249233) Plugin in the website. Please note that the plugin is already purchased as well as its not just deactivating and replacing the plugin. The old plugins code has been added in the template by old developer so you need to replace that too.

2) If you go to any booking page for example: (http://campextremezone.com/camp-extremezone-night-outing/) and try to book any package, you can select the number of adult + number of children. But if you go to checkout page you can see that QTY will show as 1. Even if Adult and children are selected of any quantity.

I want the quantity to sum up with the total number of Adult and Children and show it there.

If you have worked with woocommerce and have good knowledge of actions, hooks and filters then both of the task are easy. If you dont know how to hard code then please dont waste your time by bidding. As I am tight on Budget as well as time both.
