Woocommerce Taxi booking plugin,already on Wordpress but need the checkout function

General information for the website: We are developing a plugin that will allow customers to book a car journey online
Description of every page/module: Please read this fully and give a realistic price and time scale of when this could be done and completed. We have used a number of people in the past and most end up being cheap and take way longer that planed, we need someone that can 100% do this and do it in the time scale mentioned.

on here there is a QUOTE section that allows customers to enter a pick up location and drop off location. It then uses googles directions api to get the shortest route and returns a milage. e.g. 11.56 miles. The miles are then rounded up to the nearest whole mile and then charges on a price per mile scale. So 0-5 miles is £1.80/ per mile 6-10 miles are £1.50 per mile etc. so if you enter RG63he to heathrow airport for 1/1/2016 at 16:00. and press go.

So the price is calculated.

This happens for a dynamic number of cars so on some sites its 1 car others its 2,3,4,5,6 etc. return journeys are requoted based on the same system.

Then they are asked for passenger numbers and luggage etc.

then they get there payment method.

This is were we need woo commerce to kick in.

The main reason for wanting to link to woo commerce is so it can link to other plugins like reports, loyalty points, account sections, payment gateways. ETC
