WooCommerce plugin & Extra Pages for Wordpress website

Hi, I am a creative and stylist hosting the website www.nickhowardlanes.com
I have recently made updates to the site front-end that I am happy with - however I am hitting roadblocks as I am trying to introduce a payment page.

I have an EPUB eBook called The Supreme Style Guide. I looks more like a magazine with lots of imagery and text and 97pages long, therefore the file size is large (114mb)

I would like the eBook to still be EPUB as it reads better and I know Wordpress can accept EPUB files via a plugin. Do you agree?

THE JOB:

1) To have a "SHOP" Page - selling the eBook and x3 styling Gift vouchers which are printable (Wardrobe Review, Half-day personal styling and Full-day personal styling) / I'll create the Gift vouchers.
2) Run via WooCommerce (Paypal & Stripe integrated)
3) A section in the middle of the Home Page selling the eBook / I'll give you the artwork for
4) A 'Pop-Up' selling the eBook 30secs into browsing (Mailchimp) / I'll create and give you the code to place onto the site
5) A "THANK YOU" Page containing a download button of the eBook / I'll give you the artwork for
6) Add Instagram feed @nickhowardlanes to the bottom of each page
