Woocommerce myaccount page and a few others customisations

General information for the website: woocommerce
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: Hi This is quite quick job

it wont take more that a couple of hours

we have a woocommerce website

*My account page
part of the customisation is done. IE, tables etc, we just need to populate the customs fields in it and add edit button if customer wants to change the info on those fields

*Checkout page
show neatly custom fields at check out page

*Customer email
show custom fields on thank for your order email

*Check out process
those customers wishing to create an account - 1st to left the create account tickbox option to be able to enable or disable on admin panel

2nd if some one wants to create an account to will take a to a page that will say please call number xxxx etc etc. will provide the 3 paragraph text

3rd leave the "shipping to another address" un checked by default

4th on payment page to have one option called Pay by invoice one selected a box that must be filled with teh heading please enter P.O Number
