WooCommerce API integration with third party

Description of requirements/features: I have a Wordpress website (version 4.1.1) with WooCommerce as a plugin (version 2.3.5). My website is a ping pong sports club and I’ve set up WooCommerce and Paypal/GoCardless to sell monthly/yearly membership. Now I want to use the WooCommerce API to sell customised clothing such as T-shirts and other garments to all users of the site. There is a clothing company that will take care of all the fulfilment including taking orders and shipping the products to my customers. The company is called Clothes2order and they have already authorised me to use their own API which they confirm is compatible with WooCommerce. Here is their API guide: http://www.clothes2order.com/pages/api-guide/. I have a merchandise account with them and they have given me login details with my API key.

I need a developer to write scripts and set up my WooCommerce clothing shop with my chosen products and integrate it with the Clothes2order API, sending them orders in JSON format.
