Woo Commerce Product set up

I have installed woo commerce on my wordpress site.
I have also installed Mijirah
I have also installed Extra Product Options plugin

I need to configure a product that is paying for an event, ie ticket purchase, but doesn't need to generate more an a receipt as we send out printed tickets.

We have a number of options on this variable product

Option one...they need to select a date, as its a show on 2 nights.
Option two, the y need to select seating position, VIP, GOLD, STANDARD
each of the options has different variations, seating blocks they can select, ie A1 A2 A3 etc
Each of the seating options has a different price.
We offer 2 types of delivery, standard and recorded; and this is priced per order not per ticket.
There is also an additional £1 a ticket, which needs to be added as a Venue Fee; and we would like this shown, rather than just being added.

We also have a few related products that we would like to show on this page, to upsell.

I am normally ok at plugins and configuring, but this one seems to be a bit beyond my level, with the different options etc

I don't imagine its a long job if you know the plugins,
