Website operator

I have a Wordpress site which is a protest/whistleblower site exposing corruption in the heathcare equipment industry in the UK. A UK based manufacturer who has been embarrassed by negative comment on the site has applied for a "gagging order" against me personally, to prevent me from publishing further comments. As a precaution against this order, I would like to transfer ownership and operation of the website to an anonymous "third party".
As the gagging order is against me personally, and not against the website or its contents, it is not in any way illegal for someone else to continue with the site - I just need to remove my own direct involvement.

The duties of the new website owner would be as follows:
1. pay Wordpress the monthly fee for the site
2. Publish approx 1 article per week - articles will be already loaded on the site as drafts.
3. on publication, use the social media buttons on the webpage to publish links to the article on Twitter,facebook, google+ etc.
4. Create and monitor an email address linked to the sire, and forward any emails received relating to articles published.
