Website Modifications

General information for the website: Marketing website
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I have now nearly finished my website (www.freshimpetus.co.uk - Joomla website), but have a couple of minor amendments I need help with, to allow me to complete the site. The modifications I require are detailed below:

1. Add a dot (as per other one in footer) between "privacy policy" & "terms and conditions" links in footer

2. Move second flyout menu position down (hover over "why use us" in the "about" menu). I would like the first line of text inline with parent link ("why use us") & the surrounding box to suit position. Also I would like only a 1px gap between each flyout menu box regardless of whether it comes out right or left (which needs to be default of right, which it currently is, but I believe is dependant on the screen size being viewed upon). Visual attached.

3. The blog needs slight restyling as below.
Main page (see attached visual):
> No search facility
> No categories facility
> Comments to be below all of the blog posts and full width of page with no photo / image of person, just text (please display the 10 most recent comments) - comments are pulled from comments left on the different blog articles.
> "Blog" title does not need a line underneath it
> Blog article snippet should not show image or "no image available"
> Horizontal line inbetween each blog post
> Maximum of the 10 most recent blog articles per page (then adds another page)
> Underneath blog article title please remove "Posted in Uncategorised on"
> The page needs a "tag" section at the top just like the /services page, which organises the posts accordingly when clicked on (the blog posts also need to be able to be assigned with one or more of these tags). To start I would like 3 tags - Fresh Impetus News, Marketing News, Marketing Tips & Tricks

> I would like the styling of all of the blog articles to look like the below post please

> Each blog article needs the ability to add an image and display as the post link above (but if no image is added, the text spans the width of the page)
> Each blog article needs to have an seo friendly url as below

> The comment section at the bottom of each blog article should post below that article as well as on the main blog page
> Reduce the social bookmarks to the following only (and in this order) - linkedin, facebook, twitter, stumbleupon, tumblr, pinterest, google then the + button which links to all the others

4. Change "featured events" to "blog" on the homepage. It should have snippets of the last 3 blog posts.
