General information for the website: B2B events
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We're a long established events and publishing company operating in B2B areas e.g. oil and gas, shipping. The 5 websites we maintain need frequent updating with new content, event information and so on. (For example, www.lngjournal.com). We employ a full time developer in house but we need additional help.

Requirements are:

*High availability. Some tasks need 24 hour turnaround, so we’re looking for someone who is working freelance 9 to 5, Monday to Friday.
*Flexible billing: jobs could take a brief time to complete, so billing in one hour increments won’t work, ideally you would be willing to accrue the time spent.
*Commercial awareness
*At least some design skills, though you needn’t be a creative artist – e.g. be able to create a neat website banner.
*Experience with Joomla.
*UK based developer

In addition if you’ve worked with the Constant Contact e-mail platform, that’ll be helpful.

The budget on this posting is quite high for the skills level required; this reflects the need that you’ll be available when we need a task completed as well as your flexibility when it comes to billing.
