We need a full compression and optimisation of our site ASAP.
Previous attempts by developers have left the site in a bad way - very slow and all we got were excuses

So we need someone very competent in their field with strong experience of website compression and optimisation to industry standards

2) optimisation
3) speed testing - evidence of fast load speed and pixel perfect display is needed
