Website blog formatting change in Wordpress

I'd like the standard blogroll in Wordpress.org to be replaced with the attached type of listed, dated format.

This used to be how it looked on my site but recent updates may have deleted the old CSS or it is not applied.

My current website blog page: www.futurebehaviour.co.uk/category/blog

Example blog format: www.gregperry.info Scroll to bottom.

I'd like www.futurebehaviour.co.uk/blog to have only list of posts, not include a post like the example above.
