Web Development for Weebly site incl. custom icons, diagrams, copywriting & videos

General information for the website: We are a B2B imaging services business based in India with customers in the US/Europe.

Num. of web pages/modules: 3-6
Description of requirements/features: We are starting a social media PPC advertising campaign to target Sr. executive-level audiences. When people see our brand they need to be able to search and find a respectable online presence. It should give enough information, explained clearly, that they can understand the service easily without technobabble. It is a unique category of service that has never been offered before, hence they would not understand it automatically and need some real thought and effort put into how this will work and the execution. The final site need not be very technically advanced at this stage. The new site will also likely host landing pages for the Social Media PPC campaigns.

We need someone to project-manage the website development (may have some or all of following skills, and ability to mobilize others for the balance work to complete the project)
- Ability to conceptualize site structure and messaging flow to speak to target audience
- Crisp/clear professional copywriting including some adaptation from external sources
- Messaging and sequencing skills
- Graphics design e.g. icons, diagrams, etc. (we already have some great images to put up)
- Video conceptualization & production (perhaps might use clip segments with editing)
- Background in catalog photography/styling/etc. with models is a plus (not required)
- We expect the developer to use Weebly or Wordpress.com. We do NOT want custom coding, just good design
