We want a modelling agency website built in Word Press and using a WP plug

General information for the website: We want a modelling agency website that models can log into and visitors can search through for models
Description of requirements/features: We want to build a modelling agency website in WP but not a bespoke/custom design as we need it done fairly quickly. We already have a design we like for the front end and for model profiles. However, the back end is where the plugin will come into play as it will already have most if not all of the features we need to make the site fully functional. These will include:

1. People can search for models by modelling genre (e.g. fashion, catalogue, commercial, etc..)
2. People can search via measurements, gender, area, etc....
3. Auto responder emails
4. Models can log-in and change their images and other details in their profile - but d not go live until admin has approved it
5. Images are auto resized prior to showing on model's profile

.....basically everything that a modelling agency website should have. This is why we want it to be plug-in rather than bespoke. In applying for this task and others in the future, please inform on what plug-in you have in mind and how long you would need to build such a site.
