We need help with small modification in our PHP code

General information for the website: We need to tune our query a bit

Num. of web pages/modules: 10
Description of requirements/features: the php code is attached. right now the code is generating the list of the Pages in gallery through

we need the query to except one of the items and don't show that one.

we need to ignore the gallery with id: 669

also if you look at the link provided, when the gallery has no image it says:
"NO IMAGES FOUND, PLEASE ADD SOME IMAGES."
we need to remove this too.
