Users can sell tickets

Hello,

We want to allow users to sell tickets through us. We are a ticket sales website that needs the selling tickets functionality installed. I have a photo attached that need to be added to the users "Add Event" section, so when they are adding all the details of their event they can add up to 10 tickets to sell to their customers through us.

Please be expereinced in wordpress, PHP, and bootstraping.

Please send realistic quotes, anything stupid I will ignore, if you dont believe you can do this job dont apply and waste eachothers time.
