Urgently Need Modifications on Wordpress Blog

I have just had a blog done and it has all sorts of issues.

- I need the overall look and feel looked at.
- I have an error message whenever I log on (see attached screenshot)
- The header is too wide and doesn't sit centered and is rather poorly done (I'd prefer another designed header really)
- Theme homepage builder needs updating
- I am told I cannot get pinterest or googleplus as the 3rd Social Media on the top corner of the carousel

It just has all sorts of issues which I want sorted in the shortest possible time.

Please note that this project is 3 months behind launch schedule so if you will take it - it has to be delivered within 24 hours.
