URGENT wordpress header & Footer modification

Description of requirements/features: Please note that this is an urgent job that needs to be completed within the next 6 hours! Only apply if you can do this and are an expert in this field.

Template header needs to be modified to match the header in the images attached. Please note that this is a responsive theme with a sticky header and your changes need to be reflected on the sticky header and on mobile view.

The header is full width, the navigation bar below this needs to be a different colour (#002c50), also full width. The menu / navigation should change colour on hover and active page. This should be the pink colour as in the attachment.
The logo should be on the left.
Where the cart icon is displaying, this should be removed and show a search box, appearing exactly as the screen shots attached. To the left of this block should be a text box / widget where i can add a menu, and the search text should be static (ie no hyperlink).

The footer should be #01b3bf with the image at the bottom, as displayed in the attachment. This image should not show on mobile view, or scale accordingly.

Current theme is Nielsen and is based on the YITH framework.

All modifications need to be added into a child theme, so updates do not delete your modifications
