Urgent! wordpress- display caption & description

I have this wordpress theme: http://demo.krownthemes.com/wowway

Now if you go to a portfolio page (Project--> All) and click on second block 'Government Fireman'

You see it has 3 images, but the right side caption and description remains the same even if you move to the second and third image.

I just need these captions and description to be different for different images I put here. For your information, when I upload these images from backend, there is already a field called caption and description where i can put in the text I want. All you have to do is to capture the content from there and display it here.

Should be a simple job. Looking forward to getting it done today itself. Thanks
