URGENT Help needed for WordPress Customization - Start ASAP

Hi,

I have a WordPress customization job which need help urgently please. We are building a UK directory for a specific industry.

Requirements are as below:

Home Page – html i.e. Add banner above search bar (layout to be provided)
Change Footer graphic (graphic will be provided)

Map View – all listings will be pinned on one Google Map. Users can search by zooming to the required location and click on the link on the listing pin to visit a listing page. (Custom or use a plugin)

Manufacturer / category Listing Page (list of all manufacturers/ categories) -- layout will be provided
Area Page (list all of the areas) – Layout will be provided
Post / listing Page – Review Tap as default (Description as second tab)
Like & Share Listings (plugin)
Login/ Sign Up using Facebook or Email (to submit or claim a listing & when writing a review)
Embed Code - Business listing owners can get an embed code to display all reviews for the listings on their own website (i.e. wireframe)
