URGENT: Build custom WordPress website with PayPal integration

I am looking for an experienced UK developer with a track record in building custom WordPress sites with payment integration. You would be working from my polished PSDs, wireframes and sitemap.

10 page site that includes the following pages:
Home, about, package deals, services, examples of work, testimonials, process, FAQs, contact, blog.

We have 2 primary template pages.

Homepage which has an interactive banner (similar to the iTunes album scroller and 3 call to action panels across 3 columns.

About page which featured a static banner and 2 column layout with a sub navigation menu to the left, content to the right and a footer below.

The content to the right will change from page to page. For example, we will have a news listing for the blog, gridded testimonials section, listing of the services (each with a quantity box and add to cart functionality). Basic payment process.

IMPORTANT: I would be looking for the chosen developer to start the work on Monday, 11th of February and complete by 5pm, 15th of February.

Essentials:
- UK based reliable, honest and trustworthy worker
- Full availability from the 11th to the 15th of February
- Highly experienced in WordPress/Ecommerce builds
- Examples of relevant work
- Pixel perfect standards, web standards
