Update Wordpress Design

I currently have a Wordpress Template called Metrolium on Scootermediaco.com.

Goals:
- I like the current overall look/feel of the website, but I really want some polish to the site.
- I would like someone to add design tweaks and make the site sing by updating the CSS/graphics and color palette of the website, while still keeping the current overall content structure of the website.
- I would also like one of the slideshows to be done on the homepage.

Styleguide/tools:
- I have a variety of logos, colors, etc. It must use the current color palette.


Requirements:
I want to continue with the same Template, use Wordpress and maintain it's current content structure. You can find the necessary information about our business on the website and the appended document will provide our color palette.

Due date:
I would like the template live/updated/installed on the website within 1-week from job acceptance.
