Update javascript to open URLs in a new window/tab

I have created an SVG file (in Adobe Illustrator) and uploaded to a wordpress site (using plugin SVG support) that contains a few logos that link to different URLs, however I want them to link open a new tab/window. Looking for a Javascript guru that also has experience with Adobe Illustrator SVG files. I have attached the Illustrator file below but unable to attached the SVG file for some reason - however you can see it if you scroll down to just before the black footer widget area to the logos: http://www.wargravedentalclinic.co.uk/2017/
