UK Based WordPress Expert To Fix Botched Website

This project requires a UK based, EXPERIENCED WordPress web designer/developer who also understands SEO and has experience of using SEO skills.
We need someone who is organised and already has a structure in place for developing websites.
We are not looking for someone who might fit us in here and there or someone I must constantly check on for the simplest things. You need to know your stuff and be able to deliver.

Are you available for a few hours per day over approx 3 days next week?

Do not send us a proposal if you are not in the UK or if you just ‘copy and paste’ your whole profile or lists of all the skills you have. Your proposal needs to be specific to our project. All generic proposals will be automatically declined without even being read so save your credits!

Shortlisted proposals will receive a weblink to allow you to assess the site in question.
Requirements:
We have a Home Improvement (local business) website, with a terrible design done by a previous ‘web designer’. The site is also poorly built, has no SEO structured pages in place and either needs modifying or starting again from scratch. We are open to suggestions and ultimately the decision will be based upon price and your proposal.

The website has been built using Astra Pro Theme which needs to replaced.
The page builder used is Elementor Pro therefore you must have experience of using this also.
New content will also be provided for the site along with the keywords to be used for page titles, meta, h1 etc. This means you must also understand SEO and be able to advise on this.

There are other areas of development we would be interested in discussing also such as setting up Google My Business/Maps/Connecting to Google webmaster/console etc.
A decision will be made on Tuesday 30th April.
