Two Complex Wordpress Forms

Description of requirements/features: We are redeveloping our website using Wordpress to make it responsive and search engine friendly.

We have two types of form the need creating.

We currently have a form on each product page which allows the customer to create their furniture using a number of options. See - http://www.chesterfieldsofacompany.com/bolton_chesterfield_sofa.php#order.
The existing forms were built using PHP and display poorly (too long on the page) and are time consuming to manage when changing prices etc.

We have identified a competitor that has clean and easy to use forms that we would like to recreate. See - http://www.distinctivechesterfields.com/shop/london_chesterfield_sofa/index.html. Their forms are responsive and use and accordion to display certain sections.

We have a keyline graphic of each piece of furniture to make the form easier on the eye and easier to use.

The form will need to calculate the price of the selected items and calculate the delivery cost based on the items selected and the buyers postcode (UK buyers only, overseas shipping will need to be quoted on an individual basis)

We offer our customers the option of us sending them up to 5 sample swatches of the leathers or fabrics we use. This helps them to understand the quality and enables them to check the colours too.

The form needs to work similar to this - http://www.distinctivechesterfields.com/chesterfield-brochure-request.html - with clickable images and fields for personal information etc.

Our leathers are available in 6 categories which will need to be displayed within an accordion to minimise page space.
Also, we offer the option of customers selecting fabrics from several fabric manufacturers. There are far too many to list, so the option would be for the customer to supply the name of the company followed by the fabric name/model number etc.
