Tweek Wordpress.org Header and resolve NING Header issue

1) I am after a small change to the header of my wordpress.org site www.bringingnlptolife.com which involves some basic coding. I want to get the tag line and my details onto two lines instaed of three so that there is a smaller white space between the 'Bringing NLP to Life' and the top of the header.

2) I have recently created a NING site www.bringingnlptolife.ning.com - I have used the platform in the past so was reasonably confident / competent etc and am happy with the result.


I want the NING site to look as much like my wordpress.org site as possible and I have come unstuck with the Header. I have tried uploading the image as a background, but that doesn't work as I lose most of the image, and currently I have uploaded the image as a Logo which obscures Bringing NLP to Life, and it doesn't fit.

I have received some guidelines from ning re pixel size etc. Please see below

Thanks for writing us! The total header area on your network is 955 pixels. We recommend using a height of 150, but you may use any preferred height you'd like.
