I need to translate the title and subtitle of the page above for my second language.
I need somebody who will do this with me via screen share or video call TODAY so I can learn how to do it.

The second language is not relevant. I can do the actual translation. I just need someone to tell me where from in Wordpress. I use the plug-in WPML for translating.
