Transform existing template into an interactive form.

Transform existing Word and excel template into an interactive form that can be filled out by clients.

This form will allow clients to choose from different options and enter a description of the service they require.

The outcome should be Word document that will act as a contract and an Excel file that will act as an invoice.

Preferable, I would like to be used the Microsoft Forms to create the interactive form and Microsoft Flow to automate the process of generating the contract and invoice.

Aim is that once the project is completed, clients will be able to fill out the form and receive a Word contract and Excel invoice based on their selections and input.
