Transfer 1200 properties from one theme to another

Description of requirements/features: Hello,

I need mysql database expert to transfer 1200 properties from one site to another.. the thing is we have all the properites on the new site, but with wrong images..

We tried to transfer with export/import wpallimport plugins.. but there is plenty of images in different folders from 2013 - 2015.. lots of images has same name, but are located in different folders so in old theme it was ok..

but when we tried to import the properties it imported to one folder and the images with same name got overwriten..

so what happend in the end the appratment property had a villa image.. so totally messed up...

now the new theme we are using is using custom fields for images and the old one is using Meta Box plugin ...
what we need to do is to somehow transfer the properties from old to new..
