To get my wordpress website fixed.

When I try to access my website www.benjaminturale.com I get the error message
"access denied".
When I try to log into the back end for my admin, I get the message
"Warning: require_once(/home/benjamin101/www.benjaminturale.com/wp-config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/benjamin101/www.benjaminturale.com/wp-load.php on line 37

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/benjamin101/www.benjaminturale.com/wp-config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/benjamin101/www.benjaminturale.com/wp-load.php on line 37"

I know that this problem can be solved by logging into my FTP but I can't figure out how to do this myself.

Can you help? If you can I can provide my login details etc for the FTP.
