Tinder style swipe functionality slider required for mobile

I have a WordPress website, of which I am happy with the desktop display. However, I would like a specific slider type of display added for mobile device.... only for the mobile device.

This job is purely for adding the functionality, I’m thinking maybe this can be done via JS and CSS... what do u suggest?
I already have the designed artwork for this. I just need functionality.

It will be a Tinder style swipe needed. I require it so that any mobile phone user, upon first entering the website, would see a full screen photo (see attached mock-up).. The user would then have the option to swipe the photo left/right to see another photo, or select the button at foot of web-page which will take user to directly to the standard main website.

The photo must be full screen size and seen immediately upon entering the website. I do not want user to have to go to a gallery or any such thing for this feature.
