Tidying up wordpress website code

Hi. I have built a Wordpress website based on a theme, with various different bespoke plugins and widgets. It has got far too intense for me and it is taking me hours to find the code to edit for a very simple thing. I am looking for someone who can go and do a few bits for me such as:-

1) Remove the large image at the top of this page. http://prelaunch.lovenew.co.uk/listings/ - and make the text of the title of the listing much small (13p)

2) Create a better way of displaying the Directory Listings thank what is provided in the short code and put a search function on the homepage - just for the Director Listings (there is a separate set of categories using the directory listings plugin). This is how it is currently displaying. It is far to big and long. http://prelaunch.lovenew.co.uk/listings/directory-categories/

3) Create a drop down to display the directory categories in alphabetical order (I have downloaded a taxomomy plugin which works for the normal wordpress categories, but don't know how to get it to work on the directory listings categories)

4) Look over the site in general. I have been told there is bad HTML too and if once you have looked over the site and have any suggestions on how to improve..

There may be some further ad-hoc work which I am happy to put your way on an hourly rate basis.

Need this done by the end of the week preferably.
