Static WordPress site required to display an information guide

Description of requirements/features: BuySend.com requires a static WordPress website to publish a ‘Purchasing Guide’ for our employees to access.

You can use WordPress or any other low cost web design/hosting service to create this. The website must be a similar colour and theme to our retail website BuySend.com. Additional images and layout changes should also be implemented to vastly improve the current very plain look from the attached document.

I have already (rather unsuccessfully) transferred this document text to a basic WordPress site here: http://buysend.wordpress.com. You are welcome to edit this exact website or simply create a new one from scratch if it’s easier. You will see the one I have created needs a lot more work to make it presentable. This current Wordpress site was created using the free package, but please let me know if we should opt for a ‘paid for’ package for better results?

Most importantly, please send me links to previous WordPress or similar sites you have created so I can be sure that you have the ability to produce this website to a high standard.
