Squeeze page to sell business DVD

Just looking for someone who can design and build such a page, detailed design will be provided:
1) This should give you a good idea, though it can be varied (colours, fonts, layout etc) but it's basically the text, visual style etc we'd like
2) To be built using optimize.com, WordPress.
3) Need to be able to use Google experiments (Google multi-variational testing)
This may be too loose a requirement to give a confirmed fixed price ? But if so, what can you offer, what is your estimated price, why should we choose you ?
In my business I have spent a lot of time preparing quotes, doing prep work up front - so I appreciate that, even to give us a quote, takes time and effort. For that, thank you.
