Description of requirements/features: Looking for someone to help speed up my website - www.uniadmissions.co.uk
Its currently extremely slow to load and also very slow to edit in backend. CDN and caching are already enabled.

Google Page insight: Mobile, 43 and Desktop is 25.
GT Metrix is: 29% and 54%
Need someone who can work quickly and ensure we get results without installing lots of unnecessary plugins. The site should be configured so that it loads quickly for new users (rather than just relying on caching!)
I am not interested in moving hosting servers.
